I had a clear way in which I wanted my hair to be cut and I needed more explanations on how short she was going to go but I am very dissatisfied because it’s not how I wanted and they charge me full price I am very upset and what’s sad is I had better service before this incident

Other than the long wait, I had a wonderful experience. I would recommend the MVP to everyone. Of course it was very busy at the time that I went. Thanks for the amazing haircut.

I went in to get my hair/beard trimmed and when I told them that there was a brief pause and then a very rude rolling eyes "The beard will be extra!" No big deal. I'm used to paying much more for a haircut so the $5 extra is no sweat off my back so my first recommendation is to tell your customers about upcharges with a smile and confidence. The second recommendation would be the old saying "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all." I dont know about most guys but me personally I don't get pampered much so when I come into a salon I'd like it to be stress free and relaxing but instead I had to listen to about 30min of drama and a lot of TMI. And lastly when it came to my beard the stylist did NOT use a trimmer. She used the same clippers she used on my hair and was just JABBING my nostrils with the guard. Very unpleasant experience and last time that I visit this location. Luckily I have moved and have had better luck at other locations
